My wife and I are first time home buyers. We had done our homework as best as we could but we knew we needed a realtor who had integrity and very knowledgeable about the local housing market. We had made up our mind we wanted a house in Elk Grove in a zip code so that our daughters could retain their school and friends and yes, it was a scary prospect with the rising home prices and interest rate hikes. I don't think it's possible to describe how AMAZING LuAnn truly is!!! We spoke with several realtors, and LuAnn is in a whole different league. She's kind, honest, funny, down-to-earth.... and also whip-smart, detail-oriented, and unbelievably knowledgeable and experienced. Unlike some realtors, she doesn't charge any extra fees, even though she ALWAYS goes above and beyond. It's clear that she does this work purely out of passion... she is seriously an angel! My husband and I were first-time homebuyers looking for a not-so-typical first home: a 4 BR with a huge backyard in a great location, but on a budget. LuAnn got us the perfect home, and from start to finish, she made the whole process SO smooth and easy! She connected us with a great lender, and they worked together seamlessly.
