We cannot recommend Lou enough, and are grateful for his help in the home-buying process. We were buying in a competitive market in a very in-demand area, and Lou's knowledge of the Upper Valley meant that we were able to offer the right price at the right time to ensure we were able to secure our home. We viewed a fair amount of properties, and Lou was able to tell us on-the-spot about the general quality and condition, if obvious work needed to be done, if it would require heavy financial investment etc. He is very knowledgeable about the structures and internal workings of houses specifically in this area of New England. He also helped us to navigate a property (which we did not buy) with difficult sellers/realtor, and how to handle a non-negotiable issue that was found on inspection. Lou was great at communicating with us, which was really important as we were residing out of state and in the first few months of the Covid-19 pandemic.
