She made sure that I know what to expect at every stage and fought for my best interests every step of the way. I could not have gotten such a great result without her guidance. I am a first time homebuyer so I definitely needed a lot help and she made me feel so comfortable throughout this entire process. Well let me share with you about LouAnn. She deserves the Golden Globe of real estate awards. This was the toughest deal I’ve encountered, and I’ve bought and sold multiple homes and used other agents. This was the toughest deal to date but LouAnn didn’t seem to notice. Her tact and ability to get things done and present options was both flawless and effortless. I believe this may have been her toughest negotiation but I never heard it from her once. Please, even if you have a good realtor, treat yourself to a conversation with LouAnn. I challenge anyone to use any other agent after learning what she can do for you and your dream of owning a home.

We loved LouAnn from the first time we met her. She is very friendly and caring, but also has a great professional attitude toward her business. She told us what we needed to do to prepare to sell our house. As we did that, she did all the prep work on her side and got the market primed for our entrance. Our house sold in 2 weeks and with a great offer. But that was not the end of her work. When a couple of big issues came up in the deal, she was extremely professional, but yet a true fighter that protected my interests as if they were her very own. I was extremely pleased with our entire experience with LouAnn as she guided us through it all.
