Well let me share with you about LouAnn. She deserves the Golden Globe of real estate awards. This was the toughest deal I’ve encountered, and I’ve bought and sold multiple homes and used other agents. This was the toughest deal to date but LouAnn didn’t seem to notice. Her tact and ability to get things done and present options was both flawless and effortless. I believe this may have been her toughest negotiation but I never heard it from her once. Please, even if you have a good realtor, treat yourself to a conversation with LouAnn. I challenge anyone to use any other agent after learning what she can do for you and your dream of owning a home.

We loved LouAnn from the first time we met her. She is very friendly and caring, but also has a great professional attitude toward her business. She told us what we needed to do to prepare to sell our house. As we did that, she did all the prep work on her side and got the market primed for our entrance. Our house sold in 2 weeks and with a great offer. But that was not the end of her work. When a couple of big issues came up in the deal, she was extremely professional, but yet a true fighter that protected my interests as if they were her very own. LouAnn outdid herself on this contract. Their were twits and turns along the way of which no one could have predicted. She really cared about getting us the best deal for selling and buying our houses. it wasn’t just about the numbers either. I mean we did amazing! It was about taking on my stress or when someone said we didn’t do something and she knew we did, she would handle it with them. From solar on our old house giving so many problems to helping with what I needed to look for on my new build during inspections. We were able to take a vacation while buying and she handled everything!!! I mean who does that?!? She really crossed everything T and dotted every I. I can’t thank her enough.

I have used other agents both for buying and selling. I will not use anyone other then LouAnn. She is caring and very professional. She takes a hands on approach with her trade and cares about learning your needs. There are a ton of agents but none who compare to LouAnn. If you use someone else you’ve done yourself a disservice.
