Louann took the time to walk us through our first home purchase with purpose and detail. She ensured the homes we were looking at not only meet our needs, but also exceeded them within budget. In the end, we ultimately purchased a home that was a great fit for us and our needs with additional features. Being it was our first home purchase, Louann took the time to walk us through every single page of documents from offer submittal, to final closing paperwork. If there were any questions at all, she was there to gracefully answer them with patience and immense detail to ensure we had a full understanding before moving forward with any agreement. Her services extended beyond the paperwork and into assistance through the whole process where she offered recommendations for trusted home inspectors, lenders, and closing companies she has used and established robust relationships with over the years. Our experience was that the recommendations were very trustworthy and accurate in what they did with exceptionally fair prices. Louann was on top of communication and keeping documents moving as fast as they rolled in at any time of day as the seller of our home was wanting to move fast. Her patience and grace through the process were incredible. We were left with no “hanging” feeling at all, as we knew we had Louann as a well versed and trusted resource for every question, and additional help with document review theiugh the sale. We personally believe there could not have been a smoother or faster sale by anyone else, let alone one that left us entirely informed at all times, and above satisfied post closing and keys in hand.

Louanne was so awesome to work with. At anytime a house came on the market that we were interested in, she was right there a phone call away and always answered or responded to text with in a short amount of time. She always looked out for our best interest in the home we looked at. Would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a home.
