Lou Herring ARC Realty We meet Lou in 2012 when a property in Pleasant Grove became available. He was very helpful with the buying process and getting the closing done. In 2021 we needed to sell our primary home and knew right away to call Lou. He had continued to stay in touch over the years through Christmas cards, mailings, etc. We met at our home and he immediately prepared us for what was needed to maximize the selling price. We did the things he suggested and got the house on the market and we had an offer above asking price within days. He kept us informed on the things we needed to take care of before closing and the closing process went very smooth.
