We were preparing to put a house on the market and didn't know any Realtors in the area. We got Lou's number from his "Sold" sign on the house next door and he did the rest. He helped us arrange for some contractors to handle some electrical and plumbing issues, he guided through the inspection and appraisal...he even cut the grass once when we were both down with Covid. He found a buyer and the closing went without a hitch. I don't know of anyone who could have done more to steer us through the process and it was completely painless. Lou is a professional, a great communicator and someone you can trust. We couldn't be happier with our choice of Realtor.
