Lori Raath is truly the ONLY realtor I would recommend in the Winter Haven/Lake Wales area. She was by far the most responsive, trustworthy, reliable realtor I have ever worked with (and this is my 5th house). She was very easy to work with and truly had my best interest in mind. I was ready to make an offer on a home for which she was the listing agent (which would give her both buyer and seller commission), but she felt strongly that I should look at all the homes on our list. From that, we found a different house that worked MUCH better, and she was not the listing agent.
