I was able to find my perfect home because Lori likes to wave to people! My home in Lake Ashton never actually went on the market. It was owned by someone who never lived here, but was renovating with the plan to market it when complete. Every time Lori would drive by on her golf cart and see the owner working on the house, she would wave. Eventually he called her to say how friendly she was and that he wanted to show her his house. In a slow moving market Lori stuck by us with updates and showings. There were many houses on the market at the same time as ours. Showed our house at least a dozen times sometimes to people she was pretty sure would not be interested. She said many times that the right buyer is out there. All our communications were very cordial and informative. She reminded positive that we would get a buyer.
