Lori Noonan

If you're moving to the Phoenix area or considering a second home in that area, you need to call Lori Noonan! I live in CA but thought that I might like to buy a second (vacation) home in AZ. Lori was introduced through mutual friends/family at around Valentine's day. We connected and then I scheduled a trip to Phoenix. I told Lori what I thought I was looking for but offered that I really didn't know what I wanted or even if AZ was the right location for my family's get away home. So, I asked her to give me a tour around to better understand the market. Wow, that was a great beginning. Lori really made it so that every minute of my available time was used to see various parts of Pheonix, Scottsdale, and Carefree/Cave Creek. She brought tons of literature and reports on the market and the trends for the area. Moreover, every question I asked, she answered skillfully and directly. No sale-si-ness and no BS. I love that she didn't waste my time trying to sell me anything that I wasn't looking to buy! I don't want to belabor every part of our work together, but suffice it to say that I'm a tough customer and this was one of the best experiences that I've ever had. And here's the kicker! Even after the sale, she is just making it work for us! She is so organized and on top of EVERYTHING! As an out of state buyer, this could not be more valuable! I've bought and sold many homes but every place is slightly different and having a trusted resource there to follow the sale through is amazing. She has even sent me lists of contact info for the utilities that I need to contact and options for remodelers....phenomenal service from a terrific woman of incredibly high integrity and professionalism! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
