Lori is absolutely the VERY BEST agent you could find to buy a home. She worked with me to see what we were looking for and sent us organized lists of multiple homes. After we reviewed all the home, she helped us choose many to see. I was buying a home for my handicapped son, so we needed things a certain way. Because I was coming from out of town, she organized the homes so we could visit them all in a day and half! It was super fun getting questions answered and looking through the homes. She knew different things a buyer should watch for. She knew about different builder qualifications and styles. When we found one to buy, she is SO SO GOOD with all the many things you have to do to work with the title company and everyone. We asked her about ANYTHING we didn't know or weren't sure of. She knew the answers to most everything and would check to make sure on things she didn't know for sure. She got back with us very quickly on any questions. She knew how to and what to ask for from the seller and likes to ensure that you end up with a clean home. We had an ornery seller and she was amazing at working with the other agent to get our questions answered. Lori has terrific knowledge about the market, quick and clear communication and is the perfect agent! I would recommend LORI LANEY to everyone and anyone.
