The TLDR: There's no substitute for expertise and experience; Lori has both. The longer version: Every real estate transaction is unique, each with it's own set of advantages and challenges. Some of our challenges were that ours was a sale out of a Trust, with the beneficiaries out of state. There was a glitch in the paperwork deeding the property into the Trust. And the Fed had just boosted interest rates, which changed the market. Lori was very deft at consulting with the family on important concerns, and handling the rest of the marketing and sale without overtaxing us. The house was prepared and staged quickly enough to hit our target listing date, The marketing plan was professional and expertly done. We had multiple offers in under a week. And, thanks to some excellent luck with the buyer's team as well, we closed escrow in 16 days. Phenomenal.
