The TLDR: There's no substitute for expertise and experience; Lori has both. The longer version: Every real estate transaction is unique, each with it's own set of advantages and challenges. Some of our challenges were that ours was a sale out of a Trust, with the beneficiaries out of state. There was a glitch in the paperwork deeding the property into the Trust.
