I have bought & sold over 20 properties over the years, so I have definite ideas about what I want in a Realtor. Royal has in depth knowledge of the market, an ethical approach to business, and a willingness to go the extra mile. In short, he works hard at his craft, and has the skills and experience to get the job done. I would highly recommend him.

Royal was an outstanding agent in selling my uncle's house. He kept me informed either through email or phone contact of what other possible buyers thought were the pros and cons of the house, which was helpful. I also felt that he always looked out for the seller's interest when he negotiated the price. I live in another state and Royal went beyond the call of duty in giving us the name of a very reputable Estate business lady to do an estate sale for us, which was very helpful. He also facilitated an agreement between the buyer and myself to reduce the price of the house vs. me, who had no knowledge in the area, trying to find reputable repair men to do the job. This saved me a great deal of time and effort. In summary, I thought Royal was so helpful and competent that I would have used him again to sell another house we had in Wisconsin, but unfortunately he didn’t have a real estate license in that state. In my opinion, he is one of the best real estate agents in the area. He certainly addressed all of my real estate needs.
