Then when we arrived here to see homes he had several homes picked out that he thought would be of interest to us. We submitted an offer on a home the second day we were here. We live across the country from the house we were wanting to sell in Chandler. Royal was recommended by several home owners in the community. After a phone call with Royal he assessed the home, provided excellent market comps, and recommended improvements we should make to the house to achieve the highest and best price. It needed a complete interior painting, exterior touchup, drywall repair, and several other repairs. Royal was able to arrange several contractors (all were excellent and very competitive) to have all the work completed BEFORE we arrived to LIST the house! We spent a week doing the final touch up and got to know Royal quite well. I have never worked with an Agent as professional, attentive and accommodating as Royal. His market analysis was spot on and we sold the house in 24 hours after posting the for sale sign and at full price! He was able to have the house inspection completed with recommended repairs before we left town!! We never could have arranged to have all the work done and inspections made, without Royals help. It was an incredible experience with an incredible Agent.
