He guided us through the whole process from telling us what repairs needed or did not need to be done before marketing the house, to hiring a professional photographer to show the house and yard to best advantage, to helping us evaluate the multitude offers we received. Lloyd kept us informed along each step of the process and promptly returned all our calls. He even gave us a keepsake book of all the photos at closing.
As a first-time home buyer, I didn't expect the house-buying experience to be so fun and positive! The team does a great job educating first-time home buyers and setting out expectations and a timeline. I received all the information I needed to make good decisions along the way. They have good suggestions of businesses to contact regarding loans, inspection, etc. Each team member is helpful and responds quickly with great professionalism and care. I really enjoyed using the online MLS to keep up-to-date with available showings. Lloyd was available it was easy to schedule showings quickly. Through multiple showings, Lloyd helped me focus-in on what I wanted and valued in a home. He was never pushy, just supportive. When I finally found the perfect home, the team moved quickly to make the sale happen!
This is my wife’s and I first house. Neither of us had purchased a house before, so we were brand new. Jackson make the home buying process so so easy. The million questions that we had? He had an answer for them no matter how silly they were. Jackson explained how every step worked and was very responsive to us. His team was great in getting us the documents that we needed. Even though we were in the middle of a pandemic he still made me feel comfortable with my choices and was very helpful and honest. I appreciate Lloyd and I appreciate his helpfulness and insight.
