I worked with Lloyd and his team both when buying and selling my house. When buying, Lloyd tried to truly understand what I was looking for in a house and tried to match it to my specific circumstances. He wasn't just focused on selling a house, he was focused on finding the right house for me, which is a huge distinction. He was always very knowledgeable about available homes, and was flexible with my schedule to tour them. When it came time to make an offer, he walked me through the process clearly and had very good negotiation suggestions. All of the paperwork was verified and clearly explained before I was asked to sign anything, and the process was very simple from my side. When selling, Lloyd was able to do an initial walkthrough of my home and provided detailed suggestions of what he suggested improved prior to sale, as well as other features that would affect the potential sale price. One of the suggestions included replacing carpets, and by following Lloyd's suggestions it looked amazing afterwards. After the house was ready to sell, he did a thorough price analysis which led to multiple quick showings and a fast offer. During the offer negotiation, he had good insight into the other party's thought process, and was a great negotiator with my profit in mind. He was very helpful for responding to home inspections after the offer was negotiated, and walked me through each step so the entire process was pretty painless. Similarly when buying the home, all of the paperwork was verified and explained clearly before signing anything, and he was very clear with his answers to my questions. Overall, Lloyd and his team are responsive and clearly communicate. They have good negotiation skills, knew the housing markets and trends well, and it was easy to trust they had my best interests in mind during both home buying and selling. I would highly recommend working with them if you are looking to buy or sell a home.
