I can't thank Lloyd enough for all of his knowledge, support and expertise! Lloyd made selling our family home such a smooth and stress free experience. He was always available when I needed to discuss the process. With all of Lloyd's help, I was able to call him on a Tuesday to tell him I was ready to list the house, staging was complete, showings started Friday an open house on Sunday and final offers by Monday. I went into a busy market with a little idea of what I was after. Jackson from the Flanders team quickly helped me narrow down the kind of house that’d be suite me. After picking out a house, Jackson was always on top of communication. I could text him with whatever my questions were at any time. He was also available for showings many times a week. He fought on my behalf for features for new construction, did a ton of research for whatever questions I threw his way, and made every step from submitting an offer to closing a super smooth experience. Even after closing and moving in, he was still available to answer questions about the property. I highly recommend working with the Flanders team.

Lloyd is very knowledgeable and helped us find a great first home. Lloyd and his team explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and up until setting up the utilities before move in. This made it really easy to move into our new house in less than 3 months.

When I accepted a position at ISU and needed to move from Denver to Ames, I knew that I needed to find the best realtor to help me through the process. I was looking for someone who had years of experience, knew the area and market well, and had my best interests in mind. I did my research online, and I’m so grateful that all of the reviews led me to Lloyd Flanders and his team. Lloyd listened to my husband and me about what we wanted in a home (Although we had quite a range of what we could be interested in.) and worked to show us homes that met our criteria. When it came time to put in offers, Lloyd focused on ensuring we were comfortable with the amounts we were offering. While we were approved for more expensive homes, I never felt like Lloyd pushed us toward the higher end of the spectrum for the sake of a higher commission. He truly wants people to be happy in their home purchases. When we became interested in a home that was listed through his office, Lloyd was clear on what the dual agent situation looked like and was open to the idea of us using another realtor if it would make us feel more comfortable. He provided us with all of the comparable information that we needed to make a reasonable offer. In a multiple offer situation, I admired Lloyd’s integrity and professionalism in ensuring that everyone putting in an offer had equal footing, even if it meant I wasn’t getting any insider information. ?? In the end, I believe both buyer and seller got a great deal. And I know that my husband and I are happy with our new home and enjoyed the home search and purchase process. This is maybe my third review if Lloyd Flanders and that is because I have bought two properties with Lloyds help in the past and have now sold the properties. I returned to Lloyd for help because he is not only an outstanding realtor with a great team but a friend. He does wonderful work in the community with Boys and Girls Club. Lloyd is a conscientious and experienced realtor that I can’t recommend more highly!
