There were a lot of hurdles to overcome and deal with concerning the purchase of the property that Liza Kalawaia made possible: The Seller was difficult to work with, My work made communications very difficult, and the paperwork had conflicting identifying information for the parcel of land. Liza was on top of everything with her persistence and level head.
