I contacted Nevada realty through a billboard that I saw as I was dealing with cleaning up a property. I reached out it might Liza and I liked her immediately. She was very accommodating and as far as I'm concerned when above and beyond I was out of state and was planning on having to make multiple trips there to Nevada and I never had to go back. Needless to say all of my transactions buying or selling in Nevada will go to Liza.

Sold house quickly like i had planned, but def felt one-sided about when and who she focused on. i had a buyer almost immediately however, when i wanted explanations and clarity, i was made to feel as a secondary focus. Another issue was the amount of time i spent waiting for her and or the buyer to do walkthrus and day after day they had not kept to their communications, and towrds the last day of the sale and closing, def was made to feel rushed/pushed, which made me feel extremely uncomfotable. in my case, i am unemployed and with very little resources to clear out the home before closing, and seemed as if i was expected to have cash flow availble to make it all happen in one week. felt like it was only about money not about providing her best work.
