Liza was very easy to work with. Though she was only a voice on the phone over a thousand miles away, I felt I knew her and respected her professional judgement. I appreciated the fact that she was willing to work with my daughter, Brenda Twete, who is a realtor in Montana. Maybe I should have Brenda write this review as did most of the communication with Liza. Brenda knew the right questions to ask. I would highly recommend Liza Kalawaia to anyone looking for a realtor in southern Nevada.

Liza was prepared with documents at our first meeting. The listing was 'inked' and sign went up quickly. We prices 'just below' FMV to attract offers. We received '4' offers the first week. We 'took' the cashout offer (VA Loan). Had delays with Sunnova (solar company) on documents. LIza was in consistent contact with myself and them. We vacated 'assuming' closing was eniment; but Sunnova delayed in 10 more days. Liza 'checked on the house' daily while vacant: above and beyond typical realtor work. She reccomended ORTC officer; whom delivered on the closing. Liza referred a landscaper; whom did not show. WHen I told her she referred a 2nd one whom DID show and completed work in 2 days. Liza referred a thrift store owner whom came and picked up all the house furniture. We did get a 'few bucks' from the thrift store owner. Liza answered the phone and RETURNED calls quickly; even late in the evenings. She Showed Up when scheduled and Emailed documents when needed. VERY Organized and Experienced. We will be listing our other property with her soon...!!!
