Liz provided us with comprehensive information about each of the properties based on our requirements and the decision process was helped by additional information given about the area itself.<br/><br/>Liz introduced us to appropriate people fundamental to the acquisition of a property in Florida - property insurance, tax accountant, foreign exchange and local bank. This made the purchasing process which had been complicated to us much simpler to understand.<br/><br/>Many telephone calls and personal visits were made by Liz at all times of the day and night just to make sure that we were aware of progress being made.<br/><br/>Approximately3 months prior to visiting Florida to search for a property Liz and JC Penny had constantly e-mailed us in the UK about Florida property law and the house purchase procedure - how properties were bought and sold.
