I live in another state and was unable to be present to get the property ready for sale. Liz did a wonderful job (above and beyond what was expected) lining up contractors, cleaners, lawn service, pool guys, etc. I was very pleased with how well everything came together. I would definitely use Liz again if I am buying/selling another house in Florida.
Helpful and patient even with the occasional hiccups that come with house purchase.
We were so lucky to have found Lizz. She went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. She was always available to answer our questions and ensured we understood every step of the entire process. We would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Liz!
If you are looking for a top real estate agent, I recommend Liz Wilson. As a Disney World fan I wanted to be close to Disney World when we moved but really was not familiar with the area. I specified my price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool and interest in Championsgate. Liz selected 9 homes to view. She not only met our requirements but added requirements we didn’t think about. For example, the southern sun exposure for maximum sun and homes where there is a view but limited neighbors in the back of the house. We finally selected a house. Liz was instrumental in helping us select people to service our house. She recommended different insurance companies and strategies to get the best coverage. Liz Wilson goes the extra mile because she is thorough, knowledgeable, and tenacious in making sure her clients are happy. I highly recommend her.
We have worked with Liz on multiple transactions, buying and selling. She is always on top of everything. Couldnt ask for anyone better to take care of us in our real estate needs.
Liz was excellent, she made great recomendations, contacted everyone we needed and got me all set for my first home in Davenport. She was with us all the way, and still after closing. I strongly recommend talking to her before doing an investment of this sort. Great professional!!!!!
Great communications, intimate knowledge of the local market. Very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Being a UK seller, Liz informed me fully of the process involved. Regularly keeping me updated by telephone and email. She ensured the process flowed smoothly, engaging with all the necessary agents ensuring the whole process went smoothly from posting to closing.
Seven years ago Liz was instrumental with the purchase of our condominium in Davenport now, seven years later, she was amazing in the sale of our property. Her dedication and knowledge of the real estate industry is amazing. She went above and beyond for myself and my husband keeping us informed and up-to-date on properties of similar value that were selling and being sold. I would without hesitation, recommend Liz Wilson, her personality and her determination when we purchased, and when we sold was above and beyond our expectations. Thank you, Liz if we are in the real estate market again, we will definitely use your professional services.
Liz made us feel like her only client! From our first phone call, she was helping us find out about the property we were interested in. Liz said she would get information and get back to us, and she did. We had contacted other agents, but after we contacted Liz, we did not need to look anywhere else. She is so personable, knowledgeable, honest, and always willing to go the extra mile for her clients. Liz stayed in constant communication with us and never "dropped the ball." If she promises you something, she delivers! Liz has contacts to help each step of the way also and offers help that a realtor does not have to, even after the sale is done. We feel so fortunate that we paired up with Liz and highly recommend her to all!
Liz was instrumental in the entire process. Liz helped us design the home. Her knowledge of what we should build for the first time buyers market was right on. She also helped us with the pricing of the home. Liz has extensive knowledge of the market in the Four Corners area. We will not use any other Realtor.
