As a seller of a property that is in another country, much less state, Liz Wilson was excellent in taking care of everything. It is the first time I have sold a property while not being in the area. Liz made sure all the transactions were done properly and promptly. Her listing of the property was very effective and we sold it at a fair price and much quicker than I expected. I live in another state and was unable to be present to get the property ready for sale.
