We used Liz's help when we initially travelled from the UK, to purchase a vacation home in Kissimmee, in 2011. Liz was more than helpful and informative on all aspects of purchasing and maintaining a holiday/short term rental home and, when we found the property we liked, the purchase was conducted quickly and efficiently. We have maintained a friendly relationship with Liz all the time we have owned the property and she has, on more than one occasion, been on hand to help out when we have had any issues with the property and also provided us with help and information on various matters. We had no hesitation in enlisting Liz to market the property for us when, reluctantly and sadly, we had to put it up for sale. Due to problems with the covid situation we could not attend the property, pre-sale, and, due to having a very poor management company, we had no-one we felt we could trust to look after it until it sold. Liz handled everything, including having all the gardens landscaped and having the pool fully maintained and, literally, took all the weight from our shoulders. At such a stressful time, words cannot fully express how grateful we were for all her assistance. When it came to selling the property, it was marketed at what we thought was a more than satisfactory price and we sold, for the full asking price, in a little over 2 weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend Liz to anyone thinking of buying or selling in the area.
