Lissette went above and beyond in the selling of our home and purchase of our new home. With our previous agent we were constantly having to contact him but not with Lissette. She kept us informed through the entire process. We would recommend her to all our friends and family.

I was purchasing a home from across the country. Lisette talked to me for about an hour to determine what I was looking for, and more importantly where, establish a budget, and look at some properties virtually. At my original budget point, everything was disappearing fast, so we decided to expand the circle, expand the budget. Lisette was thoroughly familiar with all the areas we looked, and eventually we spotted a property that was just a shell about an hour and a half from her office. Lisette made multiple visits to the house to watch it's progress and keep a grip on when it would be done, because timing was crucial. She did everything, including crawling under the house to see the understructure, which needed some work, and noticed several other things that needed to be corrected. She got push-back from the builder, but represented me very well, going to the county to get things righted. She negotiated with the builder for extras and colors. Finally, we're crossing the country and moved into the house two days after the promised date. Lisette is really a 'full-service' realtor.
