She always goes the extra mile...and makes sure you are her priority! First of all if I could give Lisa a six star rating I would! She knew the market, she knew what we wanted before we knew what we wanted, she even went to the house when we couldn’t and helped clean. This was a very emotional sale but she helped me keep it together. I tried to work with her buying a house in Iowa but she was unable to work out of Florida. If I ever buy a new house in Florida, the only person I will ever deal with Lisa Wiedner! She’s more than just our realtor, she’s part of the family !
When we put our condo on the market we had no idea ALL of the issues with the unit. I literally felt like it was one thing after another. The condo association was a nightmare and were giving us a hard time about EVERYTHING!!! Lisa kept in touch with us every step of the way and handled the not so nice association with a smile. I have worked with many realtors in my life. Lisa was by far the most attentive, best communicating, Easiest to reach Realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is not only extremely professional but she knows the area and answered all of my questions perfectly. She is an absolute joy to be around and made the entire process not only easy but fun! Yes FUN! She had my back against a ridiculous selling agent. The sellers agent was beyond lazy. He wanted to get paid big bucks with minimal work. I was frustrated with him. But I only had to deal with him for a few seconds. Lisa took care of EVERYTHING! It was the quickest and most pain free closing I have ever done.
