Working with Ms. Weidner in the purchase of our new home was an incredible experience. She is sweet, kind and very attentive. She did a great job in understanding our needs and guiding our search. Lisa helped us through the very stressful process of relocating our family to Florida from the northeast. She was able to set up real estate viewings quickly during our brief trips to Florida and held our hand through the HOA and purchasing process. Her assistance to make updates to the home even after the closing has been indispensable. I have worked with many realtors in my life. Lisa was by far the most attentive, best communicating, Easiest to reach Realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is not only extremely professional but she knows the area and answered all of my questions perfectly. She is an absolute joy to be around and made the entire process not only easy but fun! Yes FUN! She had my back against a ridiculous selling agent. The sellers agent was beyond lazy. He wanted to get paid big bucks with minimal work. I was frustrated with him. But I only had to deal with him for a few seconds. Lisa took care of EVERYTHING! It was the quickest and most pain free closing I have ever done. She worked very close with the title company to get this place closed super fast. She answers her phone within 2 rings and always made me feel at ease. I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER REALTOR.
