I’ve been working with Lisa Weidner (I think for 3 years). Let me start by saying she has the patience of a Saint! We started out looking for a condo for retirement and then decided midstream we want to go back full time in FL. We have 1 child left in school so that a good HS was a priority (and no HOA) which meant limited inventory. Well we found one in Feb and closed in March. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Lisa also has great contacts in other areas of purchasing a house such as a plumber, windows, electrician, tree service, home inspector, (which we would of lost our shirts on another house with so many hidden problems). Lisa continues to give me support unlike some agents who you never hear from again after the closing. I consider Lisa now to be a lifetime friend and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase property.
