Lisa was so kind and trusting which is huge in todays world. I was able to relocate and she took care of everything. Closing was the same day I flew home to Virginia from a Jamaica trip. First of all if I could give Lisa a six star rating I would! She knew the market, she knew what we wanted before we knew what we wanted, she even went to the house when we couldn’t and helped clean. This was a very emotional sale but she helped me keep it together. I tried to work with her buying a house in Iowa but she was unable to work out of Florida. If I ever buy a new house in Florida, the only person I will ever deal with Lisa Wiedner! She’s more than just our realtor, she’s part of the family !
When we put our condo on the market we had no idea ALL of the issues with the unit. I literally felt like it was one thing after another.
