Lisa is very knowledgeable about Colorado areas, housing structures, land, property rules and regulations. She understood all my needs and wants and I felt she went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. One of my favorites times is when she challenges a housing price. After she investigated the property that sold in the area prior to the sale of the house, the ones selling in the area that were comparable, she called the listing agent and discussed the price difference. The listing agent came down because of the discussion with Lisa and the argument with all her examples. Very impressive! I recommend Lisa to all my friends and family.
