Lisa knows the Space Coast market very well. Initially we were looking for a home in the area, but changed our minds to a condo. Lisa continued to update us with emails about properties that would fit our changing needs. We currently live in New York and Lisa went to multiple locations to give us virtual tours of the properties. Lisa Ramsey is by far one of the best in her profession. She made an immediate impression the first time I spoke with her on the phone. She is warm and friendly and at the same time professional and knowledgeable. After meeting with her the next I knew I had made the right choice. Lisa knows the market trends and finds a way to meet her clients’ expectations while guiding them to be realistic. She makes the process seem so simple all the while she is toiling in the background doing all the work to ensure the best possible outcome. I can honestly say I have never been involved with, not have I ever seen a sale go as smoothly as mine, and I worked for a real estate company in the past. By the time closing was finished I felt she was more like family than my agent. I also would add that Lisa had Covid during this time and she never let it hinder her from her job. Even though we were doing our purchase from a distance Lisa kept us up to date on what was coming on the market and steered us in the right direction. What stands out most about Lisa was after the sale. The house was not exactly left in the best condition. Lisa helped us clean it up, even removing some items in her own truck and hiring a cleaning crew to get the house presentable. Keep in mind this was after the sale. She had been given her check. She didn’t have to do the things she did. That speaks volumes about her professionalism. I would highly recommend Lisa to others that are looking for real estate.
I honestly never thought I'd be purchasing a house again, but life has an interesting way of changing a person's path. What I am SO appreciative of is being put in Lisa's path. We found a home online we were interested in and somehow were paired with Lisa. From the very first communication, I could tell we were in good hands. Buying a house in Cocoa Beach when you live in Colorado has its own set of challenges, but Lisa led us successfully through the entire process. From the initial video walk through... to advising us to perhaps see the house in person before making the commitment.... to showing us not only the home we originally wanted (and purchased) but also spending two days showing us what else was available.... to recommending a lender to even meeting the driver delivering our furniture.... Wow, she did it all, and we are VERY grateful.
