I was sort of given Lisa at random via 72Sold.com, trying to sell my mom's little mid century house in Titusville while living in Arizona myself. The process was actually pretty seamless, only requiring a couple of quick trips by my sister in greater Orlando over to Brevard - Lisa handled everything else independently - staging, marketing, lining up prospective clients...and we were able to pretty much get the price for the home we were expecting, maybe even a little higher.
