The process was actually pretty seamless, only requiring a couple of quick trips by my sister in greater Orlando over to Brevard - Lisa handled everything else independently - staging, marketing, lining up prospective clients...and we were able to pretty much get the price for the home we were expecting, maybe even a little higher. Would use again.
