Lisa was professional, accessible, and extremely knowledgeable. I felt that she was legitimately invested in the process not just to sell a house but to help us. Our negotiation was extremely contentious (due to seller) and I appreciated her demeanor during what was a difficult process. She checked in to see how we were doing after the sale and when we had a small issue followed through with selling agent immediately to have it addressed.
