Lisa took the time explaining the different scenarios once we decided to put our home on the market. We had questions and concerns and explained them to her and she took the time to explain each question and concern and never rushed us to make a decision. She told us what we needed to do to get the house ready to put on the market and the reasons she felt it would be good for future buyers when they saw or looked at our home. After a few weeks we reached back out to Lisa to get the ball rolling with putting the house on the market. She immediately went to work and scheduled the photographer and planned an open house. We never imagined our little piece of paradise would get some much interest on day 1 once it went live on the web site. The open house drew a lot of buyers and had an offer the same night. We did wait until the next day because another offer was coming in . Lisa kept us updated with everything that was happening between the buyers. We were under contract the following day. We are very pleased with Lisa and how quickly the house sold. We signed the closing paperwork prior to the closing date and Lisa attended the closing on our behalf.
