Lisa was a pleasure to have as an agent! Super-smart, effective, efficient and exceeded all expectations during every step of the process!
Lisa Johannsen was the best! She made every thing easy for us and she did all the work. She works for a great company and I definately would use and recommend her to others that need to sell their property. We were very happy. We sold our house fast and settled fast.
Lisa is an excellent agent who goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best deal and she makes everything easy for the seller or buyer. We have used her for both situations and we would recomment her 100% plus. She sold our house within four days and she kept on top of all the inspections and things that followed. We settled fast and we can now apply our money to bring down the payments on our new house. I cannot say enough good things about Lisa.

Lisa Johannsen, my selling agent did an exceptional job . She helped me every step of the way to give the best presentation of my home to receive a contract for the selling of my property. Patterson-Schwartz did an awesome job on the internet by posting my home in every agency available. Great experience and job well done by all!

Hello. This was a fairly small sale for a realtor but Lisa treated it like it was a million dollar sale.
We have used Lisa Johannsen on several occasions to buy/sell a home. Lisa is by far the most professional and knowledgeable person we have met in the business. Her dedication and commitment exceeds any other agents we have seen. True asset to Patterson-Schwartz.
