My wife saw her "dream house" that went on the market. We called Lisa, I spoke to her that night for about an hour going over some of the logistics, knowing that the "dream house" was doing showings in four days. Lisa came out the next day, took pics and listed it that night. Between 20-25 something showing in 2 days, we had multiple offers and our house was under contract within days and we put in an offer on the "dream house", all within a 4 day period.... Lisa worked her butt off to get our house listed, and in to see the new house. She really went above and beyond! Although in the end we lost out on the "dream house", we came across another house about a month later which we put in an offer and it was excepted. Between the buyers of our house, and the sellers of the new house, there were many...many.. bumps along the way. She helped us navigate through all those bumps, and in the end we are very very!
