We are just thrilled that we used for Lisa Hamberg to sell our house. Lisa is simply the best of the best! To begin the process, we interviewed three different agents. The first agent told me our house was worth something along the lines of the high 390’s. The second agent we interviewed said our house was worth around 405,000. Lisa on the other hand convinced us that we should list for no less than 419,900. Believe it or not Lisa was able to get the first buyer who walked into our house to purchase a house for the full asking price of 419,900! Keep in mind this was a very very difficult time to list the house. As soon as we listed the house, this pandemic set in. It’s been quite a roller coaster selling a house but Lisa was positive and calm during the entire time. She always able to give us creative solutions when problems arose during this pandemic time. Where to start! I met Lisa at our daughter’s softball games sitting on the bleachers talking about maybe buying a home. This was 4 years ago! In those 4 years that it took to find the right house Lisa stuck it through some very interesting showings. My husband and I recently relocated to FL from KY with our four young children.
