Lisa managed a very complex transaction ( 2 contingency sales and the purchase of our new home). At the beginning, it looked like a very long shot, but somehow she made this happen. Our best interest was always her primary concern and she managed this in a very organized and professional fashion. if we buy another property, we will certainly use her again.

We are just thrilled that we used for Lisa Hamberg to sell our house. Lisa is simply the best of the best! To begin the process, we interviewed three different agents. The first agent told me our house was worth something along the lines of the high 390’s. The second agent we interviewed said our house was worth around 405,000. Lisa on the other hand convinced us that we should list for no less than 419,900. Believe it or not Lisa was able to get the first buyer who walked into our house to purchase a house for the full asking price of 419,900! Keep in mind this was a very very difficult time to list the house. As soon as we listed the house, this pandemic set in. It’s been quite a roller coaster selling a house but Lisa was positive and calm during the entire time. She always able to give us creative solutions when problems arose during this pandemic time. Lisa walked us through every single stage of our sale. She was always reassuring us with constant email and text message updates. She was tremendously honest with us and again extremely positive! My advice, don’t waste your time interviewing tons and tons of agents . Once again, Lisa is simply the best of the best! Where to start! I met Lisa at our daughter’s softball games sitting on the bleachers talking about maybe buying a home. This was 4 years ago! In those 4 years that it took to find the right house Lisa stuck it through some very interesting showings. We did not look every week or every month in them 4 years, sometimes it would be 6-9 months before I would text her and ask her about a home. Lisa ALWAYS answered back immediately, we never had to wait for a response. She is very quick to responded and always shoots it straight from the hip! She also has some very great supporting players, from the inspection person, to the broker/mortgage personal and title company. I highly recommend Lisa; she truly had our best interest at heart! My husband and I recently relocated to FL from KY with our four young children. Knowing very little about the area, we found Lisa to be both helpful and knowledgeable about Orlando and the surrounding areas. She has much experience, which was evident throughout the entire moving/relocation process. We were a bit indecisive at times, and Lisa was patient with us wanting to look at a variety of homes in different areas of town. She had frequent communication, from start to finish, emailing us homes that fit our needs as soon as they were listed and arranging open houses in a timely and organized fashion.
