We completed those repairs and listed it again at a higher price to cover the repair costs. Again we go 4 offers the first time we listed it again. Lisa guided us through every step including a repair addendum. We came to an agreement and closed within 40 days. No matter what came up, Lisa was prepared to guide us safely to a sale.
