Sale of my house
When I decided to sell my house, I interviewed 2 realtors. I selected Lisa because she was very outgoing, friendly, and very professional. Also, because she lived in the neighborhood, she has great knowledge of the area. She guided me through the listing process and always made sure I understood everything through the whole process including settlement. Even though I thought I should list the house at a lower price, she convinced me to list it higher (and I sold it for more than it was listed) Due to Lisa’s expertise, as soon as the house was listed, I had 14 showings and sold the house in 5 days. If asked if I would recommend her, the answer is yes, yes, yes
