Lisa is fantastic! She was referred to me by neighbors that had just sold their house for over asking. She did the same for me. She knows the market, she is confident in her pricing, and she filled my house with prospective buyers during the open house weekend. By the end of the day on Monday she had multiple offers for me. On Tuesday we met to review the offers, and by Friday we had a signed P&S. She laid this plan out when when we first met, and she executed it flawlessly. What first impressed me about her was the merchandising of my home, including staging advice, photographs, video (including drone), online & print brochures, and web marketing that made my house absolutely sparkle!
