Lisa is extremely knowledgeable of the South Shore market (especially Hingham, MA). Within a few conversations about what we were looking for and one tour around the town, Lisa isolated the perfect neighborhoods for our search. She is able to accurately and quickly compare the pros and cons of various areas because she lives in Hingham and has been selling real estate on the South Shore for years. 2. Lisa is very resourceful and truly acts as your real estate consultant. I had many requests for inspections and contractor recommendations for estimates for painting, kitchen remodeling etc. and Lisa instantly introduced me to a top-notch and reliable person with whom to speak. She is better than Google and Home Adviser in this regard because she has the best network of contractors in town; her contacts are all reliable and responsive. If you are looking for someone to act as a real estate consultant and go well beyond the classic realtor that just opens the lock box, then Lisa is it! 3. Lisa is your advocate in the process from start to finish. When there was a last minute issue with my national bank regarding a title 5 issue, Lisa introduced me to a local bank that was able to get me approved in just a few days. I couldn't believe how fast she was able to get me in touch with the right person and line me up for a back-up mortgage. I was on the road for work and from the time I took off in FL and landed in Boston, she had this local lender ready to work with me. Additionally, on the day of the closing, she quickly resolved an issue regarding a piece fence that was not properly put back in place by the septic company. If you are moving to the South Shore, especially Hingham, you need to call Lisa because it will make the process seamless.
Lisa is a complete pro. When I first reached out to her online, less than 30 seconds later she was calling my cell. It was like that throughout the process. She knows the area so well, she knows the market, she knows the history of prior sales. She also has a calming presence in the midst of the chaos of selling a house. She set us up with excellent and reliable vendors to fix and take care of everything we needed. All of this made us know we were in good hands. She held one open house in the middle of January, had 3 competing offers and were under agreement in 6 days. Along the way she went above and beyond in so many ways. We moved out of state prior to listing the house. She and her team made sure all the work needed to be done on the house was completed. She even retrieved a rather valuable item that was mistakenly left behind, held onto it until we could make arrangements for it, and then personally delivered it to a friend of ours.
