I’ve worked with Lisa on two house purchases now, and it’s always a great experience! She has extremely high attention to detail, and is always ahead of all the upcoming tasks and deadlines during a transaction. Her communication is great as well. Lisa went above and beyond to find us a home. Every single property she showed us had the requirements that we were looking for in a home. The home we decided on was complicated to say the least. Lisa walked us through every process needed for downpayment assistance, working to purchase a HUD home, the electrical meter fiasco, etc. She was even willing to come over with her paint brush to help us get FHA approval if needed. My family is so happy in our new home and we are eternally grateful to Lisa!
