We found Ling thru a friend. And we're glad we had her as our realtor. When we called her first time and told her that we had a house in mind. She quickly schedule an appointment for us. And she drove an house and half to have a tour of the house. And she helped us made an offer to the seller the same day. For some reason, we didn't buy this house. When we found a second house a week later. She scheduled an appointment for us at the same day and drove 2 hours to meet with us at the house. We made an offer that night and the sellers got 5 offers total! So we had to make a best and highest offer to get the house. Ling gave us some advice and we took them. She told me she thought that we should increase our budget slightly when the sellers were about to make their decision. We took her advice and we ended up getting the house we wanted. The second highest offer was our budget limit before we increased it. If we were not taking her advice we would not get the house of our dreams. We thank her so much! We just moved in a couple days ago , we could not thank her enough. She even bought us some gifts for us at the closing day! What a great realtor!
