I will always go with Lindsey when it comes to anything real estate related! She was amazing and always available when ever I had a question or concern. Plus, I rarely needed to get in contact with Lindsey because she constantly on top of everything! No matter what time of the day or week she was working to make sure everything went according to plan! On top of that, she is uber smart about comps, how the market is, and in general what decisions are in my best interest. Lastly, she is just a down home good person to be around...always smiling and making everything seem ok! When I tell people about her I refer to her as my realtor and friend!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Lindsey Dacey as our realtor in the Ankeny area! Being from out-of-state, we needed a realtor who was knowledgable and could match our needs and preferences to relevant neighborhoods and price points. We also decided to have a new home built, and Lacey helped us find a lot we love, as well as an appropriate builder. This was no easy feat, as we are recently retired homebuilders ourselves, and had high standards and specific expectations. Despite this, Lacey was always friendly and professional, even when the process extended to nine months.
