My wife and I just bought our very first home and I'm sure like most "first-time homebuyers", we were very concerned, stressed, excited, anxious, and probably a bit needy. But throughout the whole process, Lindsay couldn't have been more kind and helpful and went above and beyond on every level. For example, our very first meeting with Lindsay was on Black Friday. When most agents are unavailable during the holidays, Lindsay happily drove over an hour and a half (round trip) to show us properties in Temecula. And being the extensive researcher that I am, I had already been on Zillow and many other sites, to choose a plethora of properties that I wanted to see that day. Well, Lindsay had done her own research and had a list of her own, which in fact, one of the properties that she had chosen for us to see, was the home that we ended up buying. So I can honestly say that without Lindsay, we wouldn't be in the house that we're in today. But our home buying experience wasn't all peaches and cream. In fact, my wife and I were ready to walk on numerous occasions, strictly due to the deplorable actions of the seller and their listing agent. But Lindsay handled every curve ball with class, she advised us in matters that we were unfamiliar with, and most importantly, she supported us in whatever decision we made, even if that meant walking away from the deal (and her paycheck). So in the end, we signed papers on Christmas Eve and we were in the house on December 29th. Since then, Lindsay has continued to help guide us by providing informative tax information, she's referred third party contractors (i.e. painter, locksmith, etc.), and she even boldly stepped in and successfully assisted us with a Home Warranty dispute. So, whether you're purchasing a $10 million dollar home in La Jolla or a $300,000 dollar condo in Rancho Bernardo, Lindsay is the agent for you. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.
