When comparing our house to others listed like it, the next closest listing had 300 views in the same time frame. Her ability to market our house and price it correctly is the reason that we were able to sell our house in three days and proceed on to buying the house of our dreams. The closing process with her assistance at critical times was even smoother than we could have imagined. We were able to close on our house right before Xmas on 12-20.
