Very knowledgable and responsive, this is our second opportunity working with Linda. She sold a house for me that was part of an estate I was working on, and then helped us find a new home. She was excellent in making sure we were able to see several houses on our short list and placing a few offers during the process. Linda was the listing agent on a property we looked at back in March 2020. We did not end up purchasing the property, but enjoyed working with Linda so much that we wanted to continue working with her. I found Linda through reviews on Zillow when looking for an agent to help sell my uncle's house that had passed away. As the personal representative of his estate and while mourning his loss, I was stressed and at a loss as to what to do to get his house sold. Linda was amazing from day one! She brought ALL the information on what had sold recently, even though very little info was available, and helped us navigate the ups and downs of an estate selling a home. We followed her advice and had 35 showings on the first day and an accepted offer over asking by 9pm that night. I can not recommend Linda enough.
