Linda was the listing agent on a property we looked at back in March 2020. We did not end up purchasing the property, but enjoyed working with Linda so much that we wanted to continue working with her. COVID delayed our plans for a few months and Linda was patient and helpful along the way. We finally found the house that met all of our needs in October and closed at the beginning of November. I found Linda through reviews on Zillow when looking for an agent to help sell my uncle's house that had passed away. As the personal representative of his estate and while mourning his loss, I was stressed and at a loss as to what to do to get his house sold. Linda was amazing from day one! She brought ALL the information on what had sold recently, even though very little info was available, and helped us navigate the ups and downs of an estate selling a home. We followed her advice and had 35 showings on the first day and an accepted offer over asking by 9pm that night. I can not recommend Linda enough.
